By Stripe platform
Connect -> + Select account type -> Express -> and copy the link.
Pasted on my different account and that is showing this error.

that's via OAuth, there're some quirks about it. But you really shouldn't be using that to onboard accounts, the preferred flow now is via Account Links : https://stripe.com/docs/connect/express-accounts#configure-onboarding

What do you mean by onboard accounts.
So this is the case.
I have two different stripe accounts with two different emails. Both are on testing mode not verified for live payments for now.
So I am trying to create one a platform account and other a seller account by connect. I am not using API because first I am trying to check all process by stripe UI.
So I created a connect account link and pasted on other account and getting this error.
If you got my issue.

it's a live account, and it's a Standard account

so like the message suggests, you need to verify it even though you're attempting to connect it in test mode

Its in testing. I don't have live option because my account is not verified as I said earlier.

i get that it's in testing in the Dashboard. But for OAuth, it's considered as a livemode account and you need to get it verified if you want to use OAuth to connect
