Can you provide details about the WiFi network you're trying to connect to? The network must have WPA-Personal or WPA2-Personal encryption with password protection. Using anything other than a password, or using something like WPA2-Enterprise won't work.

When you say it doesn't work, do you mean that the reader can't connect to WiFi or can't assign an IP address? Because my customer is having a problem, it is difficult to provide more detailed information.

We've had past users who weren't using WPA-Personal and their device wasn't able to obtain an IP also. In any case, they need to check their WIFI to ensure that it meets those requirements
