hello! for some per-seat subscriptions, the Customer is charged first for the upcoming cycle. Is there something about the current flow that doesn't work for you?

customer want to subscribe to the plan before the upcoming cycle so that there shouldn't be any stoppage on the service. So i need to charge the customer 3 to 4 days prior to upcoming billing cycle

you can't charge 3 - 4 days before the upcoming billing cycle - the invoice will only be generated upon cycle renewal. However, you can configure it such that the Subscription doesn't change status even if payment fails

If you want to do that, any "linkage" will be in your own system/DB

why do you want to be charged 3 - 4 days before the billing cycle? If you're charging automatically, there's really not much difference in terms of behaviour

the charge which i want to charge 3 - 4 days before the billing cycle is for that upcoming billing cycle only, its just the payment thats done before, the cycle wont get affected its just the current start and current end dates, is that possible with stripe?

no it's not possible with Subscriptions on Stripe
