Hello! You need to be talking to your card issuer and the merchants themselves
I did
my friend tried buying from two different merchants that I tried and they both had the same problem
2 of my friends had the same problem, card declined
perhaps the card payments are down on stripe's end for some reason?
Not sure, have not tested that one yet though.
It really could be anything - the merchants themselves may have strict declining rules, it could be an issue with the card or that card issuer, or it could be something else
But that's why you need to talk to the merchants and have them contact us directly
We would need to look at the specific payments that are failing to know more
Yep (or try it with a test card in a test environment and see if it is declined)
@last ocean I wouldn't recommend that - this isn't a merchant debugging their integration, this is a customer that wouldn't have access to a test environment
the problem is we have bought from this merchant before
now all of a sudden today it started declining our cards
Again, you'll need to talk to them directly - they (the merchant) is the one with all the details we would need to look into this more

they said to contact the merchant too
