Oh ok. If you aren't integrating our API directly, but are using Jouweb's integration, you'll need to reach out to them

It seems like the payment methods are controlled by a setting in your Webador account: https://help.webador.com/en/support/solutions/articles/13000078450-accept-payments-with-stripe
