I would recommend reaching out to Twilio support if they're the one that initiated the payment to you and you believe they did so incorrectly. I'd recommend reaching out to your credit card issuer and bank if you were expecting funds to automatically move from one to the other.

I tried contacting support but it seems like you need to login first, and as of now Nigerian can't register on the platform
