Sure if i try to use --add with payment_link .it is not allowed
Is there another way to test a specific payment_linkvia cli

Otherwise I'm not sure it's possible. You can try creating your own fixture, but I suspect that won't work as there's no public endpoint to create a session for a PL: https://stripe.com/docs/cli/fixtures
