Hi
requires_action, mean that your Customer need to authenticate their PaymentMethod:
https://stripe.com/docs/payments/intents#:~:text=payment is confirmed.-,requires_action,-If the payment
So you (as dev) need to display/give access to your customer in order to authenticate their Payments, and your customer should complete the authentication (e.g. using their bank app)

But when using PaymentSheet, it should be handled automatically for you (no additional actions needed by your end) and your customer just need to complete the 3ds auth flow

yeah totally, it is just a customer complaining because she tried 3 times with 3 differents cards.

Maybe she is just not used to pay on the internet

yeah maybe but you can test 3ds auth in test mode using one of these cards :
https://stripe.com/docs/testing#regulatory-cards
