we have created a negative pending invoice on 02/27/2023 but we are not seeing any logs after that but the invoice is no longer there.

If you are not seeing it here that means you didn't did the creation... but if you are not sure, there must be a requestId that created that invoice otherwise you didn't create it.

This is an invoice Item and not an invoice

You need to create an invoice from this invoice item to that customer.

I created this in negative pending invoice, so It will generate on the next billing cycle
