hey @bold kelp the balance of funds from Checkout is in a "payments" balance and the issuing balance is entirely separate. You can't mix those funds.

I am apart of the acquiring receivables program

I was told by an AE at stripe that I can do this where after a customer checks out via stripe I can use that pending balance on issuing cards
