then that's something which they should be able to update in their own Dashboard - if you reach out to Stripe Support - https://support.stripe.com/contact, they'll be able to guide you on how your connected accounts can do that

Let say, we have created stripe standard connect account in USA company details and the defult currency is USD. can we change the detault ccurrency late?

US probably isn't the best example - it only supports USD at the moment. Yes, you can change the default payout currency later if it's supported
