@acoustic yoke I think you're going to have to write in to our support team for this and they can investigate for you. It likely is some difference in behaviour specific to that Event (it's sent by a different infra).
I'll flag internally but you need to talk to support yourself to associate the request with your account and all that.
Mention you spoke to my team and we think it's a bug we need to fix and they can escalate to the right people
