Hmmm how are they deleting the card to begin with? Are you using Customer Portal? Or is this within your own UI?

I am using the mobile payment element (reactNative). They remove the payment method by clicking "edit" and then the minus button on the card

I don't believe you can disable this but let me double check

Yeah no way to disable that if you pass an Ephemeral key and Customer ID then saved PMs will be shown and the removal option will be present
