Just to be 100% clear, though, you're saying there's no technical route forward here through the API, to get the user their money, that you're aware of?

The API has the same refund capabilities as the rest of our platform. So if support has some way to trigger this refund you may be able to do it through the API as well, but the API doesn't have a setting in our create refund API for this a far as I know
