I would think so 🙂 I was invited here by a platform strategist from Stripe with hopes to answer my question here on Discord.
We basically need to push the button to start using Stripe Connect asap, as we are currently just using Stripe checkout and are doing manual reconciliation and payouts.
Assume we start with Stripe Connect at midnight today on the 29th, what will happen with our transaction payouts in the "old" way we are using Stripe now?

Maybe the answer to what we need to do is "nothing", just switch to Connect and all is fine and dandy 🙂

How are you planning to use Connect?

We have 600 clients that needs weekly/monthly payouts after we have calculated our share/commission of a transaction. We of course want to automate this, and have built our own reconciliation engine to calculate things on our end and are then using the Stripe API to send/funnel the funds to each unique Stripe account connected to each client we have. Then we will do the KYC and use the Stripe Connect platform to automate our payouts.

It seems like you will need to use Separate Charges and Transfers for this: https://stripe.com/docs/connect/charges-transfers
