Don't think Angular would be able to help tho. Let's follow https://stripe.com/docs/payments/ach-debit/accept-a-payment?platform=web&ui=API and convert the JS logic to Angular code on your own

Build a custom payment form or use Stripe Checkout to accept payments with ACH Direct Debit.
