Huh that's not helpful at all. My apologies for the poor answer from our support team.
One option that I can think of would be to ask the customer to use a different payment method.

Unfortunately, our team on discord isn't well versed in fraud related declines as such. As far as I know, you can't whitelist/unblock the charge that has been declined already.
