Yes i have a principal 'createyoursong' account for my company and a secondary account 'CreateYourSong' for me as a developer the two account are linked, I send you the Id of the developer account

I think somewhere the API keys are getting mixed up.
If you look under createyoursong account, do you see the custom account in the list/on the dashboard?

Sorry i told a wrong informations I just chat with my boss and we have only one account the account we use is only acct_1MToy1HazYeunwQV I checked my others account and there is no connect account too

I don't think that's true though. The acct_1MqY01PLdBeFrQYT was clearly created by createyoursong platform by calling the API via your node server

Oh yes i am sorry i just checked I have another personal account acct_1E6eLlAAuxRYxJ1V and the users appear in the connect dashboard here :/
