is there any way ? i am testing chargebee integration with stripe and i want to test for non 3DS supported card and i dont have bank details to test my case

when using Stripe you can use your test mode, you can use one of these 3DS test card:

So what is the issue you are facing why you need to have a bank account in order to test that 3DS payment?

basically i am testing non 3DS supported card in stripe via Chargebee

Chargebee is a subscription and billing module

and i use Chargebee APIs which in turn communicates with stripe ( in chargebee admin , there is an option to connect to stripe)

when i am using 378282246310005 in chargebee and continue my test payment , stripe gives me back error 'Error message: A valid Importer/Exporter Code (IEC) is needed to present in USD. ' and i found that my address and bank details stripe were not correct.

i entered all address details and i cannot submit unless i have to enter bank details....

btw if i am using chargebee internal test gateway , i dont see this error. so i doubt some settings in stripe which is causing this error,

i have a general question, what happens when i use non 3DS supported card to pay ?

will stripe continues to accept payment without 3DS OTP ???

We don't know ChargeBee here, let's focus on Stripe APIs.

Can you share the ID (req_xxx) of the failing API request?

i am sorry as i said , i am not directly integrating with stripe

all i want is i just wanted to set my US address in Stripe and its not allowing to confirm unless i add bank details ( in test mode)

I used one of them , iam getting following error
