What do you mean by "highlighted as a payment method" and "they can't do it"?
If they choose "Klarna" in Checkout and click "Pay", are they redirected to Klarna?

So from mi website they going on link to Stripe, than they are clicking ''Klarna" , than they fill out adress, name, email, in "Klarna" app, and then they see a message that i send you above

Thanks! Okay, the Checkout session is being created correctly. We won't have visibility into any failures or errors that come up after a customer is redirected to Klarna
Once a customer is redirected to Klarna, they should be prompted for their phone number in order to go through a verification flow on the Klarna side.
