If you're creating PaymentLinks in the Dashboard, you should be able to access the buy.stripe.com URL here: https://dashboard.stripe.com/payment-links

If you're creating PaymentLinks with the API, take a look at the PaymentLink object's url value: https://stripe.com/docs/api/payment_links/payment_links/object#payment_link_object-url
