To clarify, you are looking to receive SEPA Bank Transfers (meaning the customer sends you the funds) or you are looking for SEPA Debit (meaning you input the customer's bank details and then debit their account for the funds)?

I try to enter it in the customer file, in my dashboard.
What button are you hitting specifically?
It sounds like you are trying to create a bank transfer Payment Method and not a Bank Debit Payment Method based on the error
customer > payment method > add > add an account for bank transfers

That is for a bank transfer
Which seems like your account doesn't have access to at the moment
But I don't know a ton about the Dashboard as I focus on the API
I don't believe you can add SEPA Debit accounts via the Dashboard. But really, you are better off reaching out to our Support team about this via https://support.stripe.com/contact/login
They know more about the Dashboard than I do
