Hi ๐
What gets saved as a Payment Method is the underlying card that Apple/Google pay provides us
So if the user wanted to use a different card they would go through the same process and just select the different card in the Apple/Google pay interface
okay great, so it would be basically the same as updating credit card information - we create a new payment method and associate it to the customer
Correct
Will we still have information about when the card expires?
I think so but let me check
Sorry for the delay, it got kinda busy. Confirmed you get all the normal card info even when the user uses Google/Apple pay
We currently have an integration using standard connected accounts. When we onboard someone, we set up a standard connected account for them that is associated to our standard account. If someone has a preexisting standard account with stripe, are we able to use that account instead of creating a new standard connected account for them?
Quoting here
no worries, thanks so much! excellent
awesome, thanks so much - I'll dig into those docs
Happy to help ๐
