The dashboard can sometimes take a minute to render the account on the dashboard. However, using the account ID via the API shouldn't return an error.
Also if you have multiple test platform accounts then it is possible that you're likely using the wrong API key to create new accounts
Ok thanks, currently I don't have the problem anymore I am sure it was on the same account because we only have one account for the moment and the accounts never show in the dashboard, if I have this issue again I will send you the concerned account IDs unfortunately I have deleted all the concerned account in my database right now.
NP! You also would want to check if you're using your live or test API keys in your code.
The dashboard has a toggle to switch between the views
top right, right beside "Developers"
OK thanks yeah i was sure we used the test keys and the dev dashboard we dont use production mode currently, maybe it's a problem on our side with AWS because it's always worked offline but sometimes we have the problem with AWS ๐
