Ok, an invoice was created. Does this mean that there is some delay for the invoice to appear?

Invoices wait an hour finalize unless you make the finalize call yourself before then. Otherwise they wait in a draft state and can be edited for an hour

The problem is that I haven't even seen it as a Draft.

It just suddenly appeared after about 15-20 minutes.

Gotcha. Can check in to where we have an expected window between passing the threshold and sending out that invoice.
