Like in the stripe identity feature we identity a user using his/her documents, so how can we do that for an origanization.

https://stripe.com/docs/identity/verify-identity-documents the Stripe Identity API is to verify identity documents, and I don't see an option to use it for business documents.

Create sessions and collect identity documents.
