Hi there, can you share with me a checkout session URL?
This URL doesn't look like a valid Checkout URL.
How did you create this checkout session?
Yes, but Can you try sending it in Messenger for exemple and then clicking on the link ?
When you do this, you'll be able to see the checkout
Or Instagram, it works for both
No, it's not a valid checkout session URL at all.
I can be much of help if you don't give me a valid URL.
I don't understand, why is it not a valide checkout session URL ?
See, I Can open it in Instagram, why do you Say the URL IS not valid ?
I've made the URL thanks to integromat
And I created a checkout via v1/checkout/session
Can you share with me the checkout session ID?
Yes for sure !
I'm really sorry, the URL cropped
It was this one !

OK, I can open this chekcout page now.
Hey, taking over here. Let me know if there's any follow-up Qs I can answer!
It seems to work for me
what error are you getting
can you share more details please ?
Yes sorry I'm a bit confused
Here is the problem : I have an adalo website, i create this URL thanks to integromat. When I take the URL directly in the database of adalo it works fine, but when I take it directly the URL I'm redirected to it doesn't work
See ??
The second one doesn't work
I take the URL directly in the database of adalo it works fine, but when I take it directly the URL I'm redirected to it doesn't work
I don't understand the main difference of these approaches... the second link you are sharing, is working too
The second one works for you ?
The first one works for me but not the second one
Seriously I don't understand, it's the same link but the second one keeps loading forever
Right the second link doesn't opens
In your integration you are doing some updates on it, the two links aren't the same
Try referring to the Checkout Session object directly, and use that url
https://stripe.com/docs/api/checkout/sessions/object#checkout_session_object-url
I think adalo IS doing some things in the link right ?
This link isn't working because there is an additional encoding is taken into plase, there is additional 25 in the url, here is the original url:
<https://checkout.stripe.com/c/pay/cs_live_c1RAMavJaDgM26wHuskvEKuKuSCd16oIsw3dj0edNdVtozth739cMpwt9p#fidkdWxOYHwnPyd1blppbHNgWn80ZkdVUnBDQV93QWNxRkFJblM0Nn1%2FRzU1cXFxT31RMXQnKSdjd2poVmB3c2B3Jz9xd3BgKSdpZHxqcHFRfHVgJz8ndmxrYmlgWmZqaXBoaycpJ2BrZGdpYFVpZGZgbWppYWB3dic%2FcXdwYHgl
Ahhhhh yes I see it !
That's really weird
I do the integration via Integromat IS there something I Can do ?
You need to check your integration and see when this encoding is happening, you need to remove it
We don't know Integromat here, but for sure there is something in your integration is doing this, and you need to fix it
I don't think this is in the integration : when I create the URL with integromat, it directly updates the database, and there isn't the "25" in the URL database, it shows it when I click on the link directly in app
So I Guess it's Adalo's fault
Ah yes, what I meant with "your integration" is every part/software you are using in the checkout flow, one of them is causing this update.
I get it !
Well then I'll try to workaround this with another intégration lmao
Thanks for noticing that it's not the same URL tho N
