Payment Methods manage all that behind the scenes

• Do I have to enable that feature or all Payment Methods we create already do it?
• Is there a scenario where I could get access to the network token itself and process directly with a regional bank that accepts it in exceptional cases?

Sorry for the comparison, but I know Adyen does that so I am trying to draw a parallel here to make an educated decision.

If you already have network tokens, I'm not 100% sure. We may be able to do a one-time import of these if you're moving to us as a processor, but I'm not certain. I would reach out here to confirm: https://support.stripe.com/contact/email
