they are not able to login to stripe discord dev help channel
they already have valid stripe account

They need to create a Discord account and just join the channel, the channel is public and any one with valid Discord Account can have access, if they have issue while creating a Discord account they should probably reach out to Discord Support

So either their account is blocked from this channel, or they have Discord general issue in their discord account.

Recently we noticed , standard connected accounts taking so much time to complete verification. is there any issues in stripe test mode
this account we have tried to create before 1hr. still its in pending state

In test mode the verification process should be done immediatly after completing the onboarding process 100%.
I see you are using Standard Account, you need to make sure to complete the onboarding process from its start till the end otherwise you need to create another test account

That test accounts seem to be stuck in verifying the SSN according to the dashboard, probably you should create another test account

Try creating another test Account and complete the onboarding process exactly like you did for the 3 accounts that has completed status

If we are creating a test account and complete the onboarding process, it is taking more than 6 hours for the status to be changed from Pending to Complete
These accounts who`s status is Complete were onboarded 6 to 8 hours before
Our concern here is why stripe is taking more time to update the status from Pending to Complete
