Hi, did you try explicitly passing the API key on your code? I wonder if your code somewhere is altering the API key. Does it have an extra space in the end?

I am not sure, This is a program I purchased for vending machines to do qr code webapp and payment in the webapp. The instructions for the webapp simply tell me to copy the public and private keys found on stripe and copy them into the webapp and everything should work, but it doesn't

but you do know stripe..correct. So I need to make sure I am capturing the pubic and secret keys correctly and that my account is fully activated.

This way I eliminate strips as the problem and can then reach out to the other company

I am not a developer. I am a business owner trying to set up what appears to be something quite simple but is complicated. I you can only talk to developers then who can I talk to at your company to validate that I have done everytthing correctly. Surely there are people at your company who can talk to fools like me.
