That is not possible. The Patform account can debit funds Express/ Custom Accounts: https://stripe.com/docs/connect/account-debits and the Platform account can transfer funds to their Connected accounts: https://stripe.com/docs/api/transfers

Might I ask your recommendation?

If I have a service where User A can make a purchase from User B, is there any way that I can have User A have their connected account make a purchase (debit) from User B, and increase User B's balance (credit), and deduct User A's balance?

Is Platform Account the solution, provided there may be up to several thousand users?

or will I need to make each of these actions separate requests?
