Based on what we've found so far it doesn't seem like the rate limiting should be impacting any legitimate activity. We are seeing card testing activity that's being rate limited, but that's to be expected in a case like this. Can you provide specific details about the exact API requests you're making that are both legitimate (not card testing) and are being rate limited?

The specific endpoint(s) you're hitting, and the exact time (UTC if possible) of legitimate rate-limited requests would be helpful.
