Would that help to solve what were facing, and is it possible to get that feature enabled for our account?

I don't think that would affect the invoice's timestamps. That looks to be talking about reports generated from your dashboard so I think it is saying it will change how those timestamps are presented there.

Trying to think if there is anything else you can do here but not immediately thinking of a way to change what shows up as the end date timestamp

I think that would at least help -- the date on the reports that we generate is 1 part of the problem. Ideally we could fix both the invoice PDF and the reports, but if we could at least get the reports to be the right date, that would be a good start!
