Also, I would suggest you add some documentation on when a payment intent cannot be updated, at least for specific options that sometimes can't, such as here: https://stripe.com/docs/api/payment_intents/update#update_payment_intent-capture_method. We just got tripped up by: This PaymentIntent's capture_method could not be updated because it has a status of requires_action. You may only update the capture_method of a PaymentIntent with one of the following statuses: requires_payment_method, requires_confirmation.

Yeah, that would probably make sense. Now that you mention it I don't think we explicitly document that anywhere.
