Hello! Yep, you would do it the same way you would in live mode, except you use your test mode API keys so it happens in test mode instead.

Just in test mode
I can log in through the UI and click the 'Add funds' button, but need to add to their balance in tests through the API

As you can log into through the dashboard, go to that Express account's page and click Add funds, I'd like to do through the API
