No unfortunately that's not possible
So there is no way to override the setting if it's turned on, at all?
For context, we are using Standard Connect, we have our own receipts tool, so we want to prevent connected accounts from sending receipts to their customers – that would mean the customer receives 2 receipts

So concern is just that the account holders will enable these emails in their account settings?
So there's not a way to do this unfortunately. Confirming ^ is the concern?
