Thank you for following up.

I have added these notes to the case, which has been sent back to our developers for further review.
For additional clarity, we have intermittently seen this error on some installations using specific Indian payment methods after the new 3DS regulations took place.
Since this does not seem to occur for all Indian payment methods, this information will be greatly beneficial as we identify the cause of this behavior with Stripe since it is not reproducible with the Stripe 3DS testing cards.
