pi.payment_method_options.card.network is "cartes_bancaires"
that's just the network you indicate as the preference for the charge to be processed on

but in the Charge, the network is 'visa'
that's the one we actually used

maybe the card doesn't support it, or there is an outage or other problem with CB at that time/with that bank, or something else. It's not unusual that sometimes it uses the other network, it'd mostly an internal detail

the cost are different between the two network and i check the availability on the payment method first

then it's probably something like the network was down at the time and rather than have the charge decline and you lose the customer, we process on Visa instead
