How can you handle if you have a product with yearly recurrence that needs to have monthly controls?

for example I have a metered price that represents digital keys. The user can create and delete that keys. But when you delete the key we apply this deletion the next month, but with the annual subscriptions we don't want to wait to the final of the year

Umm an annual Subscription can only take the update into consideration in its next billing cycle as any other Subscription, if that's what you are asking. If you would want to make some immediate change, you may need to track the change your self and adjust with some standalone Invoice next month
