you could consider https://stripe.com/docs/connect/account-debits, but you should take note of the limitations. Namely this is for express and custom connected accounts only, and the connected account must be in the same region

How do we get the customer id for our connected account?

that should be something that you should ideally have saved in your own DB i believe

otherwise you may have to look through each Customer via the Dashboard to try and match them with the connected account
