Has this customer subscribed to two different subscriptions already?

I'd subscribed this customer to 2 separate subscriptions, then in the portal they can update either of the subscription when configured. You can't go from having one subscription to two all of a sudden. You have to have an existing subscription to update it in the Portal.

if you have 2B you can change to 1B and 3B
but still have to subscriptions like 1A and 2B at same time
