it's the fact that we're not getting the checkout with a plan in stage in the way that we are in production — our api stage and production are the same right now, which is why I was trying to figure out if something was wrong with our stripe setup
we have the same plans in staging and production, and this has worked before (like up through yesterday)
I guess maybe it is a frontend issue on our side

Right, i can try to help but you need to point me at something specific to help with
a request that's failing or an integration error in your client or server code etc
