Okay @rapid oriole thanks for your patience. So we looked into this and agree that we should be emitting a webhook here and not seeing any reason why we aren't. It likely got overlooked in development. We are filing a bug report with the team internally now requesting that this get added. I'd recommend reaching out to our Support team via https://support.stripe.com/contact/login and they can keep you up to date with progress made on getting this Webhook added.
