Yes, that's how Transfer work. It will deliver fund from your platform to your connected account

Yep you can. Refund basically reverse any transaction made

no i mean when i refund form connected a/c it will goes to platform account or direct to my customers?

as i see Stripe is support reverse from connected a/c to platform only for few currency and countries.

Refund is only for a specific transaction initialized by the customer. You can't just refund a Transfer if that's what you were asking

Not like that. let me explain my concern in detail

suppose i have stripe platform account ending with 1234 so whenever my customer pay bill i am receiving it into 1234.

Now i also connected account so daily i am transferring money from a/c 1234 to my conected a/c ending with 7890.

Now my question can i refund amount from 7890 to direct my customer?
or refund is only possible through a/c 1234

what i want to achieve is any charges that i have to pay to Stripe those should be deducted from a/c 1234 and all money should received and refund should be initiate from account ending 7890. is it possible?

You would refund directly from your platform 1234 to your customer. And you would need to take back the transfer already been to 7890

No that's not possible. It will always needs 2 step

Since Transfer is just ... a transfer. The Platform is the one initialize the transaction w customer, hence responsible for refund

so from one a/c i will pay charges to Stripe and from other a/c i receive money from customer and i initiate refunds?

Don't think that would be possible. We takes fee on transaction based, not take it directly from a Stripe Account

in short there should be two a/c from one i want to pay fees and charges and from another i will receive money and refund amount
