Could you provide more details? Do customers see the same behavior on iOS vs Android? Which mobile browser are they using? Are you able to reproduce the issue?
Thanks for the quick reply.
I do not have an andriod to test on but can confirm it is not working on IOS. I can replicate the issue as well.
I have tried on both IOS safari and IOS chrome. Both did not work on.
Do you have a test environment/link where I can try to reproduce?
Ideally, this should be a test mode environment
Hm, are you sure this works on desktop? I can put my cursor in the Cardholder Name field but not the Card Details field
it works on my desktop, but did not work on desktop incognito
@lofty abyss please delete the image above, or redact it to remove the card number
oh it isnt workin in desktop safari though
its fake
sorry
that card number is fake i was testing
Got it, okay! As an aside, you can use these test card numbers: https://stripe.com/docs/testing
This site also appears to be using your live mode publishable key with live mode PaymentIntents
ok, I am not sure what means lol. It is built in through a plugin called WP Booking System. I have made purchases through successfully just found this mobile issue where no CC can be entered. but seems it is more than just mobile now lol
ah got it. yep, just found the reference to WP Booking System in the code
If you and your team are not the ones writing the frontend code that uses Stripe.js, I recommend working with the plugin's support team directly on this
we did not directly do it. Do you know if this issue has been reported before for other things?
I can't say exactly, as it's possible that others who may have encountered this issue worked it out with the plugin's support team directly
ok that makes sence
@errant ember so I found the issue. Site ground has a stock plugin call Siteground Optimizer that was blocking the js file on mobile.
