Hi! You should be able to create a new Express account and Account link for this account so the customer can complete onboarding

Is the resulting url from submitting stripe.AccountLink.create( ... ) then what we can share directly with the customer?

(I'm aware the documentation has a banner not to send directly... but in our case we cannot redirect them from our platform directly given the existing account)

Yes, but ideally there should be a way from within your application to redirect the user to that account link
