looking, not really familiar with the CLI in Live mode personally, I kinda wish no one ever did this

Okay I just tested and yes the API key that is used by the CLI doesn't have the right permissions in Live mode to do this operation

so you'll have to use the Dashboard for this, or write code to delete this Customer yourself
