For automatic payouts it follows the same schedule as production

You can bypass pending balance in test mode using these test cards: https://stripe.com/docs/testing#available-balance

But for automatic payouts the payout will still only occur at the end of the day

In test mode it would be created tomorrow if the funds are available and then should be moved to "paid" immediately.
