This is an example -- I'm unsure of how these are ordered by default. Is it alphabetical? Is it by last usage update time?

Ah so you have multiple separate Prices on your Subscription? And that doesn't match the order of the SubscriptionItems on your Subscription?

Correct -- there are multiple prices on the subscription, and I am unsure of how to control the order that these prices show up on the invoice

From your message I am assuming it is the order that they are added to the subscription?

So it looks like it's the reverse order of the "Pricing" list on the subscription
