Ah I see. Unfortunately, our team on discord can't help much as we primarily work with developers building apps with our APIs. We don't have tools or workflows to be able to support decline related issues.

ok, but how on earth can we fix this. If there is no way of contacting as a costumer. My creditcard is refused, my gPay (creditcard) also refused. So at the moment there is no way for me to use any website on the web that uses stripe?
@warped birch this Discord server is for developers asking questions about their code though. Here you're a customer paying on a website and the payment is failing. Really you need to push on the website owner. That's their role to help you and they can talk to our support team if they need help
We (Stripe) can't help individual customers with a decline, that's not possible.
